Prashant Deshpande is the CEO of Expert Global’s U.S. Operations & Managing Director of India Operations. He founded Expert Group in 1991 with a vision to promote India as a reliable destination for engineering high-end products globally. Prashant was an instrumental force in forging strategic alliances with German counterparts in the field of ADAS & Autonomous Driving. He focuses on providing strategic guidance to the organization and mentors teams to realize their fullest potential in Engineering and IT Consulting domains.

Prashant worked with Mastek Ltd. as systems executive for a couple of years, prior to which he was with Godrej & Boyce for two years in production planning. He has presented several technical papers on PLM in global summits and has serviced clients across the globe. A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, he later pursued his Master of Management Studies in Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management to complement his Technical skills with Business Acumen.
