Prashant Deshpande is the CEO of Expert Global’s U.S. Operations & Managing Director of India Operations. He founded Expert Group in 1991 with a vision to promote India as a reliable destination for engineering high-end products globally. Prashant was an instrumental force in forging strategic alliances with German counterparts in the field of ADAS & Autonomous Driving. He focuses on providing strategic guidance to the organization and mentors teams to realize their fullest potential in Engineering and IT Consulting domains.

Prashant worked with Mastek Ltd. as systems executive for a couple of years, prior to which he was with Godrej & Boyce for two years in production planning. He has presented several technical papers on PLM in global summits and has serviced clients across the globe. A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, he later pursued his Master of Management Studies in Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management to complement his Technical skills with Business Acumen.

Mukund Kulkarni is the Director of Expert Global & heads the Engineering Solutions Group, driving competency development & business excellence. He specializes in business processes, systems and project management.

Prior to Expert Global, Mukund has worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd. for 17+ years in various roles and levels across production, quality, system & project management. He has been a President of Chamber of Marathwada Industries & Agriculture in 2011 and is currently the Vice-Chairman of CII Marathwada Zonal Council.

Mukund is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and has completed his Post Graduation in Business Administration and Marketing Management. He is also a brilliant orator & regularly writes in regional newspaper. He has also participated in debates on electronic media on “Economic Growth Agenda & Industrial Policy”.

Sachin Kher is the Director of Expert Global & COO of US operations and heads the International Business of the group. His focus areas include business development, strategy, partnerships and M&As.

Before joining Expert Group, Sachin worked with brands like Colgate, Crompton & Mastek in the areas of IT, Marketing & Production.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Pune & did his MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

A voracious reader, Sachin has a penchant for meeting and interacting with people globally. He has a keen interest in grooming youngsters. Sachin has recently generated interest in sports & has successfully completed many half marathons. He is now preparing for a full marathon next year.

Pravin Deshpande is Director at Expert Global and has a wide experience in handling most of the business lines. Pravin Co-founded Expert Global in 1991 and is currently helping the organization in its growth, with emphasis on Infrastructure and Technology. He spearheads most of the technology initiatives in Expert Global.

He has been instrumental in laying the foundation of the Industry 4.0 initiatives at Expert Global. He heads a group of technocrats who innovate various 4.0 solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things. He has been a great motivator to the team which has resulted in building an efficient & expert workforce.

Pravin is a Postgraduate in Biomedical Engineering from Mumbai University. He also has a rich experience of business management of 30+ years./

Nitin S Suvarna is heading the Special Purpose Machinery Division. He carries more than 30+ years of experience in the Automotive and Industrial Machinery with expertise in design and development, Manufacturing, Program management and QMS. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP).

Prior to Expert Global, he was worked with Companies such as Walchandnagar Industries, Eaton, Tata Motors, Neilsoft, Mahindra Satyam and KPIT. He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore and completed his Post graduate diploma in Export management from Symbiosis college, Pune.

Mitali Mishra heads the Digital Solution division at Expert Global and is also the CTO of JV company E.C Mobility. She has an experience of more than a decade & worked with clients implementing new age digital technologies like AI/ML, Autonomous Driving & Data Analytics to name a few.

She played a vital role in forging alliance with the German counterparts in ADAS & Autonomous Driving domain. She has represented Expert Global on various different platforms like CII, Nasscom Product Conclave, World Siemens PLM Conference, etc. She remains quite active in collaborating with universities & colleges to bridge the gap between Academia & Industry.

She is a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering and has completed her Management Studies (MBA) from ICFAI University. Outside work, she loves Music & Travelling.

Shivshankar P. Karanure is heading the Packaging Machinery Division. He carries more than 20+ years of experience in the packaging industry with expertise in design and development, application engineering system integration, localization and line integration.

Prior to Expert Global, he was with Bauer Gmbh Germany, Pioneer Packaging Malaysia (Clearpack Group Company) and Coesia Group. He has exposure to more than 170 installations in primary, secondary and end of line packaging. He holds Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University.

Nitin Nalgirkar is the Director of Business Development for IT Infrastructure, SAP & Digital Solutions Division and is responsible for Expert Global’s Africa and South Africa Business. He has lived in South Africa for 7 years, where he has developed good business relationships across varied industrial sectors.

He has widespread experience of 22 years working with companies such as Ciba Specialty Chemicals and Rolfes Color Pigment in the areas of Business Development & Projects Management. He was also a Chairman of the Computer Society of India, Aurangabad Chapter.

He is a bachelor of chemical engineering from UDCT, Mumbai. His hobbies include music, cricket & table tennis.

Neha is heading the Finance & Accounts Department for Expert Global. Her responsibility includes Accounting, MIS, Fund Management, Legal Compliances, Controlling and Internal Audit for all Expert Group Companies.

Prior to Expert Global, her experience includes working as an Internal Auditor and Tax Consultant for 10+ years with a renowned Chartered Accountancy firm in Aurangabad. She works towards motivating the team members to perform to their best of abilities, ensuring their work-life balance, especially for female team members.

She is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant from Nagpur University. Recently, she has actively participated in SAP Implementation projects for Expert Group Companies. Her other interests include cooking and treating her family to different types of dishes.

Onkar heads the HR & Administration at Expert Global. Onkar has over 12+ years of experience in HR and Administration across talent acquisition, performance management, MIS, employee relations etc. Prior to joining Expert Global, He has worked with companies like Videocon, Skoda Auto India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Endurance Technologies etc.

He has completed his Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University. He is enthusiastic, energetic & result oriented person. He loves to travel, reading management & spiritual books. He enjoy playing & watching cricket. He has represented college cricket team at district level.
